RETURN POLICY

Items eligible for return: Ashley Herrera gladly accepts online returns on full price items that are in original condition (never worn, washed, or altered) and have the original tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of product delivery. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or online order number.

Returns over 14 days will be issued store credit. No returns will be processed for orders older than 30 days. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please email info@ashley-herrera.com 

Refunds cannot be processed for orders paid for via Pay Pal after 60 days. (This is PayPal's policy.) In these cases, store credit will be issued. Returns are accepted only from Ashley-Herrera.com orders. If you purchased Ashley Herrera from any other retailer, please work with that store. Ashley Herrera reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, without proof of purchase, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

DOMESTIC DAMAGES POLICY

Ashley Herrera stands behind its merchandise. Ashley Herrera will gladly replace any defective merchandise purchased from Ashley-Herrera.com within 14 days of receiving the order. If your merchandise is damaged, please contact Customer Service at info@ashley-herrera.com with images of the merchandise along with a copy of your proof of purchase. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Replacement merchandise will only be sent if the defect is a company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defect. This does not include natural wear and tear.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment

Gift Returns Within 14 Days of Original Ship Date

Merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise
If you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Care within 5 days of the posted delivery date at info@ashley-herrera.com

FINAL SALE PURCHASE

All items marked final sale are NON-REFUNDABLE. If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, Ashley Herrera® has the right to deny credit.

If you are the gift giver: Gift receipts are not needed for online purchases. Should the gift recipient need to make a return, we would simply need an order number.

When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with Purchase: Promotional Gifts with Purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Otherwise, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

INTERNATIONAL DAMAGES POLICY

We do not accept International Returns. All International Orders are Final Sale. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes imposed by their country. These are determined at the local level and not under our control, nor are they refundable. If you are an International customer and we approve your damage case, we are happy to assist you. International customers are responsible for replacement pair duties and taxes.

GIFT CARDS

Ashley Herrera Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.Ashley-Herrera.com in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) or Physical form (posted to a delivery address as specified).

SHIPPING

Ashley Herrera ships to most destinations around the world with UPS. If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you! If your address cannot be entered, please provide alternative address details. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-10 business days of dispatch. We recommend international customers check with their countries customs office prior to ordering, with regards to understanding importing costs that may be liable at your destination country. Our international shipping charges (Flat rate $35 to Canada, Mexico, Puerto and $75 rest of the world) are transport costs only. Ashley Herrera does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

DELIVERY TIMES

Ashley Herrera uses third party delivery services such as UPS or USPS couriers. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third-party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
