Do you offer exchanges?
If for any reason, you aren't happy with your purchase, we accept exchanges of eligible products within 30 days of purchase.

All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. After 30 days, no exchanges will be issued.
*Please note that merchandise purchased on Final Sale are non- refundable.
*Any original shipping charges and shipping taxes are non-refundable. When returning orders that included any promotional Gifts with
Purchase: Promotional Gifts with Purchase must be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Otherwise, a merchandise
credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.
How do I return a gift?
Gift returns are available within 14 days of the shipment. If you are the gift giver: Gift receipts are not needed for online purchases. Should the gift recipient need to make a return, we would simply need an order number.

How do I check the status of a return?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your original order. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction.
Can I change the shipping address?
If for any reason you would like to edit your order, please contact info@ashey-herrera.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
What if my items are received damaged or defective?
DOMESTIC DAMAGES POLICY
Ashley Herrera stands behind its merchandise. Ashley Herrera will gladly replace any defective merchandise purchased from Ashley-Herrera.com within 14 days of receiving the order. If your merchandise is damaged, please contact Customer Service at info@ashley-herrera.com with images of the merchandise along with a copy of your proof of purchase. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Replacement merchandise will only be sent if the defect is a company
acknowledged/approved manufacturing defect. This does not include natural wear and tear. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment
Gift Returns Within 14 Days of Original Ship Date Merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate.

Ashley Herrera Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.Ashley-Herrera.com in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) or Physical form (posted to a delivery address as specified). Ashley Herrera gift cards are valid for use at www.Ashley-Herrera.com
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after the order has been placed?

How long will it take to process my order?
Depending on where you are located and the ship method you choose. Orders processed within the continental U.S. using Standard Shipping will take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

I purchased a Ashley Herrera product from a different retailer, can I return this item?
For security purposes, we do not accept returns and perform refunds on products that were not purchased directly via our online shop. We suggest you reach out directly to the third-party retailer from where you purchased the item(s).
How will duties and taxes be applied to my international order?
All orders shipped internationally are subject to each country's VAT & Duties requirements. Options will be provided upon checkout.
